This site claimed that &#8220;Trust&#8221; was represented in Iran by &#8220;\u0698\u0631\u0641 \u0627\u0639\u062a\u0645\u0627\u062f \u067e\u0627\u0631\u062a&#8221; (Deep Trust Part), accessible through japartgroup[.]com.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The Swiss Connection<\/strong>: The brand was linked to a Swiss website, trustwatches[.]com, which provided an address: <strong>Trust AG, Sihlbruggstrasse 105, CH 6340 Baar, Switzerland<\/strong>. This address, upon investigation, led not to a watch manufacturer, but to a financial services firm, Swiss Equity Finance &amp; Trust AG (also known as &#8220;Trust Group AG&#8221;).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Domain Registrations and Ownership<\/strong>: Domain ownership revealed a telling connection. The domains for both &#8220;trustonline.ir&#8221; and &#8220;trustwatches.com&#8221; were traced back to an individual in Iran \u2013 &#8220;Majid Javanmardi&#8221;. This link indicated that the operations, including the website hosting and domain registration, were centrally controlled from within Iran, not Switzerland.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Company Structure and Operations<\/strong>: Further probing into &#8220;\u0698\u0631\u0641 \u0627\u0639\u062a\u0645\u0627\u062f \u067e\u0627\u0631\u062a&#8221; led to the discovery of its parent company, &#8220;\u06af\u0631\u0648\u0647 \u0698\u0627\u067e\u0627\u0631\u062a&#8221; (Japart Group), managed by the same Majid Javanmardi. This entity was found to be the orchestrator behind the &#8220;Trust&#8221; brand&#8217;s operations, suggesting a deliberate attempt to mislead consumers about the brand&#8217;s origin and authenticity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consumer Deception<\/strong>: The illusion of a Swiss luxury brand was carefully crafted to appeal to Iranian consumers seeking high-quality, prestigious products.
